Aside from making every patient feel extremely comfortable she brings along her cheerful personality to work every day. Often times Michelle leads Dr. Norton to believe she is there to assist him, but really she is there for the patients!

Jan is a graduate of Portland Community College and has been practicing as a registered dental hygenist for 25 years. Born and raised in West Linn, Jan now lives in Oregon City with her 3 daughters. In her spare time, Jan enjoys running, cooking, and spending time with family.

Shannon brings over 15 years of customer service and customer support experience to our practice. Specializing in taking care of the small details, Shannon has an unusual ability to make every patient feel like a life long friend. Shannon lives in Portland with her 2 daughters, 1 son and adorable new puppy Charlie.

Unlike everyone else, Danielle knows first hand what it feels like to be a patient of Dr. Norton's. Danielle came in for a new patient exam in January 2005, and not only walked out with a beautiful clean smile, but an invitation to become the newest member of the team. Not only does Danielle have 10 years customer service skills she is also an accomplished freelance photographer whose work you may see around the office.
